DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- You will lead and develop a team of professional Store Assistants and manage them to achieve the sales target for stores
- You should be competitive, sales-driven, good leadership and result oriented
- You are also responsible to ensure that an excellent standard of customer service is maintained at the store.
Job Qualification :
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Good looking and proportional
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, any field.
- Outgoing and have pleasant personality as well as posses excellent communication and selling skill.
- Having strong leadership and good teamwork
- Have good analytical & strategic thinking
- Fluent in English is a must
- Experienced at least 1 (one) years in manage a luxury and highend brand
- Having in depth knowledge of computer system
- Passionate about fashion & retail
- Can working shifting & under pressure
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Will be place in Jakarta,Surabaya,Yogyakarta
